They actually didn't do small venues for sounds good feels good (really wish they had tho! but I had soundcheck and front row tickets for that tour so 💁🏼). Their tours "Rock out with your socks out" and "Sounds live feels live" were both like big venue arena tours. They became really popular very quickly partially because of the tour they did with 1D.

I saw them in a stadium in in both the rock out with your socks out tour and the sounds live feels live tour, they made a choice with the meet you there tour to have smaller venues. It's not that they couldn't fill up stadiums it's that thay didn't want to
