hi! super late cause im a brand new patron (and 5sos fan tbh) and also i dont know if anyone's said this already, but you say in this video that you wish you could swap Mrs All American for any B Sides song, so fun fact: in non-american versions of the deluxe album, Mrs All American is actually replaced by English Love Affair! i was surprised to hear it when watching your reaction to the self titled album lol. i guess they thought it was funny or cute to put that one in the american edition instead. but yeah, i like MAA but. ELA >>>>>>> MAA it is one of their Superior songs imo. love your videos! <3

I was going to say the same thing! The Madden twins wrote a lot of things for this album and SGFG. Another huge influence of that sound was John Feldman, who is essentially a punk god!

Don't forget Who Do You Love their collab with The Chainsmokers. Current era where there are multiple vocalists which did not happen on Calm. The live version on Vevo from the World War Joy tour is great.

lost boy was my original favorite 5sos song. i’m talking like back when we only had a shitty live recording of it. it will always have a special place in my heart. also i think some of these songs weren’t put onto the actual album because they were already performing them and instead they put newer songs the fans didn’t know on the album but then still gave us the recorded versions on the b-sides. (obviously that’s a theory, not a fact 😂)

Fun fact is that here in Brazil (where I live) English love affair is in the main album (the physical version of the album and on all the streaming platforms) and mr all american is just on the b-sides.
