Carly Simon became one of my favorites in the early 70's. You're So Vain and Anticipation were favorite albums. She would have been about 65 during the Red Tour. . . . Another super talent singer/songwriter. funny thing--she was married to James Taylor for about a decade. I wonder if she knew Taylor was named for her ex? 😉

Lol Steven I did the same thing! I still haven't even gotten my CD cause I bought it along with my vinyl and don't live in the US. I'm dying for it to come! I also decided I wanted to hear The Lakes for the first time when I played the vinyl for the first time so the self restraint I've been utilizing has been insane haha! I only saw her live once, in a VMA, so it doesn't really count. I was gonna see her for the first time this July, cause I'm from Brazil and she never toured here, but COVID destroyed my plans. I had tickets to 3 McFly concerts in March, 2 for Taylor in July, Harry in October, Louis in May and Niall in November. And they were all cancelled/postponed :((((

Ed Sheeran was the opening act on the Red Tour so their performance of 'Everything Has Changed' was part of the setlist. so it wasn't a guest appearance. it's crazy to think Ed who is so huge right now was Taylor's opening act in 2012/13.
