"Leadership Module!?"
Sun Cheng looked at the image just brought by Forerunner, and his expression instantly became serious.
A long time ago, he learned from some collected information that the Skytiger Legion, under the command of Lord Fallen, was searching for the "Leadership Module" everywhere on Earth.
However, at that time, he didn't know what the "Leadership Module" was.
It wasn't until he discovered the sleeping place of Skyfire from the chaotic information of the All Spark fragments that he found detailed records about the "Leadership Module" from Skyfire's memories.
The "Leadership Module" is a treasure that was born on the Cybertron Planet long before ancient times. It is said to have been discovered by the Thirteen Primes from the depths of the Cybertron Planet's magma. It was once the treasure of the royal family of Primus and a symbol of great power.
As a symbol of leadership, the "Leadership Module" was held by the royal family of Primus for a long time.
Until the era of the Council of Primes, the nobles gradually marginalized the power of the royal family of Primus by manipulating the parliament.
Those corrupt and decadent nobles also managed to take the "Leadership Module" from the hands of the royal family of Primus.
They built a luxurious secret palace for it and enshrined it there, using its sacredness to control the legitimate heirs of the royal family of Primus.
And then, at some point, the "Leadership Module" mysteriously disappeared.
Sentinal Prime once accused the Council of Primes of stealing it and launched an attack, but the Council of Primes suspected that he was behind the theft.
Of course, all of this was only what Skyfire had read in books.
He had heard from his teacher, Shockwave, that the true history of the "Leadership Module" could be traced back to before the birth of the Cybertron Planet.
It seemed to be an existence even older and greater than the Thirteen Primes, a still-burning Spark left behind after death, the source of life and energy for the entire Cybertron Planet.
According to Shockwave, the Sacred artifact of the Cybertron Planet, the All Spark, is suspected to be a reference to the legendary Thirteen Primes in the form of the "Leadership Module," created from an entire star.
Although it is unclear how this thing appeared on Earth, if the "Leadership Module" is really here, Sun Cheng would find a way to snatch it, even if it means offending both the Autobots and the Skytiger Legion.
Even a fragment of the All Spark has the power to create mechanical life. The "Leadership Module," which is even more powerful and mysterious than the All Spark, undoubtedly possesses immense power.
Obtaining it would undoubtedly be a huge boost to Sun Cheng's influence and development.
Of course, Sun Cheng also knew that now was not the time for him to personally seize the "Leadership Module."
There are too many forces eyeing it now, and he would have a hard time dealing with both the Autobots and the Skytiger Legion.
Sun Cheng looked at the image of Scalpel, who was killed by an energy blast from Bumblebee before leaving, and impatiently gave orders to Forerunner.
"Awaken the sleeper and have him immediately collect and take away Scalpel's remains, with a focus on his head. I need his memory chip!"
No Decepticon would be unfamiliar with Scalpel.
This inconspicuous spider-type Decepticon is the prototype of all medical spiders within the Skytiger Legion.
He is one of the best medical officers within the Skytiger Legion, but due to the strict hierarchy within the legion, this non-combatant Decepticon, despite having strong abilities, does not hold a high position within the Skytiger Legion.
However, a low position does not mean insignificance.
Sun Cheng coveted Scalpel's remains. Frenzy's memories contained detailed information about Scalpel.
This inconspicuous Decepticon was Megatron's designated medical officer and had helped Shockwave and Starscream perfect the technology for mass-producing cannon fodder Decepticons.
If he could obtain these technologies from his memory chip, then Sun Cheng would make a huge profit.
All along, he had been troubled by the inability of Base Two to mass-produce Decepticons.
"Yes!"
After receiving the order, Forerunner left. He needed to awaken the sleeper agent hidden in the city where the United States boy Sam was located.
The so-called sleeper agent refers to those humanoid Decepticons created by Sun Cheng's subordinates using immature technology.
Since the creation of the first humanoid Decepticon, Sun Cheng's engineers have cultivated dozens of humanoid Decepticons.
The majority of them stayed within South America, cooperating with Base Two to expand their influence to more and more countries.
However, a portion of them had quietly infiltrated Russia and the United States, acting as undercover spies.
The reason Sun Cheng was able to learn in advance that a Decepticon was targeting Sam was thanks to the sleeper agent hidden in the city where Sam was located.
He had been sent to that city a long time ago. In addition to monitoring Bumblebee's movements, he was also responsible for providing various communication tools to Sam and his girlfriend Michaela, as well as some money and luxury items.
Don't ask why Sun Cheng had to give these things to the other party. It was just a way of expressing goodwill by exploiting human greed.
As for whether the other party used them or not, that was not his concern.
These were just some small items worth a few hundred or a few thousand dollars. For Sun Cheng and his power, they were insignificant.
But that's just human nature.
Based on the intelligence they had collected over the past half year, at least Sam and his girlfriend Michaela had a favorable attitude towards Sun Cheng's faction of Decepticons.
After receiving the order, the humanoid Decepticon lurking near Sam's residence quickly arrived at the battlefield.
Before the arrival of the United States Military, they took Scalpel's corpse and left the city where Sam was located.
After more than twenty hours of long-distance travel without any stops, they changed transportation twice using their own channels.
Before dusk arrived on the second day, the sleeper agent successfully escorted Scalpel's corpse into the Core control area of Base Two.
"...Scalpel's corpse..."
Atlas led a group of Decepticon engineers. After the corpse arrived, they cleared out a laboratory and gathered around it.
"This cheap mechanical body, it's hard to believe he was the famous Scalpel!"
One engineer couldn't help but mock, which was followed by a chorus of agreement.
This group of Decepticon soldiers were originally bred as slaves for attack purposes. The strict hierarchical system of the Skytiger Legion was deeply ingrained in their bones.
When they were given to Sun Cheng by their former master, it was just a change of place to continue being slaves for these Decepticon soldiers.
They never expected that their new master would be even more daring than they imagined.
Since its establishment, the Skytiger Legion had implemented a strict hierarchical system for millions of years, but now it was being directly broken.
They were given the opportunity to change to a new mechanical body, which was no less significant than the liberation of black slaves in the United States, and it was a one-step process.
Looking at the famous Scalpel within the Skytiger Legion and then thinking about their own current status, Atlas and the engineers who were initially dissatisfied with the increasing number of warriors changing to higher-level mechanical bodies returned to their original state of mind.
Compared to him, what had they achieved? Their Decepticon engineers were honestly managing a base with an expanding sphere of influence, and their master had great ambitions and courage. Their power was also constantly growing.
Isn't it great to work honestly for their master?
