That's a new one on me, too. Some internet sleuthing tells me it's a variant of goregrind but with sexually-explicit lyrics and subject matter. 'Goregrind' is also a new one on me but some more internet sleuthing says that it's a fusion of grindcore and death metal. Hope that helps.
