The old ears are way better. I still think she looked more like a half sister of the original character than a redraw last post. It also gives a more angular appearance to her face which is a lot better for the haughty elegance she showed in her comics. The rounded ears made it more of a petulant look, than a I am better than you and in control.

Its not a "line", whatever that means. It's just not something I can't imagine without breaking too much believability in my head. Some physical sense of reality all together. The only time I saw it done on a furry, well, was a punk-ish looking character that had a patch of her body fur shaved completely and messily, with a garish tattoo on the bare skin.

I agree with Jay. Branding, sure, but tats need skin. Fur needs elaborate dye or a patient stylist.
