One memory I have is of a relative who basically told me to get a real job instead of making art. I have others of people belittling me because I was too focused on my creativity. I will fully admit, I like attention. I like making people smile with the stories I have and sharing experiences. Sometimes, though, I feel like I have to defend myself because people don't think I'm good enough or claim that this medium "isn't art".

They did cheer me up. Sometimes I have to remind myself that where I'm at now is still a lot further than other artists get. Success won't happen overnight. I just need to keep plugging away.

I'm usually not much of commenter, but it seem you need some positive feedback. First, a lot of people criticize other people, if they don't do things the way they do or if you do things they don't understand. Second, all your paying patreon members are here because we like your ART. Third, making art should make you happy and if people like it too, than that's a bonus. And this pandemic is getting on everybody's nerves. I hope these words cheer you up a bit, because I realy like your art.
