Chapter 10: Susanoo
🕑 Added 2025-08-06 14:49:50 +0000 UTCThis technique was very lethal.
Yami didn't want to use it at first, but made preparations just in case.
But at this time, the ANBU on the front line were treating it as a war.
It was impossible for the Uchiha to be soft-hearted at this time and allow them to attack the Uchiha clan without any restraint.
"Listen to the roar of the thunder!"
"This is your well-deserved punishment."
Yami raised his hand, and the electric arc in his hand shot directly into the sky and into the rain clouds.
This arc was naturally discovered, but many people still couldn't figure out what it meant.
"Boom."
At the forefront, a huge green figure emerged.
Shisui really couldn't fight casually anymore.
There were too many ANBU besieging him.
After judging that he was absolutely unable to dodge the combined attacks, he used his Susanoo without hesitation.
This green figure quickly attracted the attention of a large number of ANBU, who also surrounded him.
"As expected, you betrayed Konoha, Shisui!"
‘This is why you really can’t believe in that clan’
Danzo confirmed the situation on the battlefield through the subordinates belonging to the Hyuga clan around him.
He had the same worries as Sarutobi Hiruzen.
He was afraid that Shisui would use Kotoamatsukami on him, so he kept hiding in a prepared safe place.
Now that Shisui's location was confirmed, he finally breathed a sigh of relief and cursed the traitor angrily.
Similarly, Sarutobi Hiruzen, who was hiding in the dark, also locked onto Shisui's position and felt relieved.
He immediately chose to bring his forces, prepare to attack from the other side of Shisui's location, and lead the team directly in.
Boom
But at this time, thunder suddenly came from the sky.
The moonlight was almost obscured by the dark clouds, but the dark clouds exploded with thunder, and the light emitted made it look like it was daytime in Konoha for a moment.
Sarutobi Hiruzen, who was about to attack with his forces, suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Then he raised his head in disbelief and looked at the rain clouds in the sky.
"This feels bad!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen felt a huge threat.
This kind of creepy feeling was only experienced by him during intense situations akin to that night of the Nine-Tails attack.
"Uchiha clan!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen gritted his teeth.
There was no doubt that this must be the Uchiha's doing.
He didn't know who specifically did it, but this method was definitely the Uchiha.
But there was no time for him to think too much.
"Boom."
The first thunderbolt fell directly, an indiscriminate attack inside Konoha.
It struck the iron rod on the Hokage’s building directly.
It didn't cause much damage.
But immediately, another lightning struck, this time hitting an ordinary tree and setting it on fire.
Then four thunderbolts landed.
Followed by ten… fifteen…
The Konoha villagers who were fleeing outside were all frightened and didn't know what to do.
In less than thirty seconds, more than fifty thunderbolts landed together, and the entire Konoha could be said to be bathed in a sea of thunder.
"Uchiha vermin..." Danzo was livid.
Both Danzo and Sarutobi Hiruzen's eyes were about to burst with rage.
"[Wind Release: Great Breakthrough]."
Danzo quickly used Wind Release to blow away the rain clouds in the sky.
However, rain clouds were usually about a thousand meters away from the ground.
If ordinary wind techniques reached them somehow, they would basically not have much effect.
As expected, Danzo’s technique, it only blew out a small hole and had no effect on the entire situation.
"Shikaku, have all ninja who can use Wind Release target the clouds."
Sarutobi Hiruzen also gave up on continuing the attack and chose to clear the troublesome rain clouds in the sky first.
If left alone, Konoha might be directly destroyed.
He couldn't accept that result.
"Yes."
Yamanaka Inoichi, who had been in contact with Sarutobi Hiruzen through his Jutsu, passed the news to Nara Shikaku, and then relayed Shikaku's words directly to the frontline ANBU and all the Konoha ninja.
Soon, the Uchiha ninjas who were defending immediately felt the pressure ease.
Because many ANBU gave up attacking and chose to target the clouds in the sky.
"There is no need to hold back anymore."
Fugaku saw the dense thunder falling in the sky and sighed helplessly.
At the same time, his eyes became firm and he directly used his Mangekyō Sharingan.
This was what Yami had told him in advance.
If this special Jutsu was used, it proved that Konoha had no intention of letting the Uchiha leave.
Then, Konoha had severed all chances of reconciliation and decided to become an enemy, there was no need to be hesitant.
Boom
A Susanoo emitting brown light rose directly from the ground.
Then Susanoo directly raised its right hand, and three rotating magatama immediately appeared in its palm.
"[Amaterasu]"
Then Uchiha Fugaku attached the Amaterasu flames directly to the magatama.
The jet-black flame, under the rapid rotation of the three magatama, floated in Susanoo's palm like a fireball.
The ANBU who were nearby also felt that Uchiha Fugaku was about to do something devastating.
But their ninjutsu couldn't break through the Susanoo's defense.
Currently in Konoha, only Sarutobi Hiruzen had Kage-level strength, and Danzo was far behind.
Not to mention the ANBU.
The only one who could reach this level was Might Guy who had opened the Seventh Gate, but at this time he was still evacuating ordinary people and was not participating in the war.
So, no one could stop Uchiha Fugaku at this time.
"[Yasaka Magatama]."
Uchiha Fugaku controlled Susanoo without hesitation and threw the magatama that was spinning rapidly in his hand in the direction of the Hokage Building.
The power of this move was definitely second only to a Tailed Beast Ball.
Crack
Crash
All objects in front of the Yasaka Magatama were directly destroyed.
Many ANBU used their [Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall] to try to stop it, but to no avail.
Five seconds later, the Yasaka Magatama hit the Hokage Building.
Boom
The bright light brought by the impact shot directly into the sky, like a mushroom cloud.
Then, the flames of Amaterasu were directly blown away by the impact, covering the surrounding buildings.
"That flame is called Amaterasu… and it’s a flame that cannot be extinguished."
"If you don't deal with it, all of Konoha will soon fall into a sea of fire, until it perishes."
Uchiha Fugaku threatened the surrounding Anbu directly.
This was done more to gain time than to kill people.
This news was quickly conveyed to Sarutobi Hiruzen through Yamanaka Inoichi's ability.
"Damn it!"
But Sarutobi knew that it was true.
"Order our people to seal the flames and prevent them from spreading."
Sarutobi Hiruzen also used the mental power of Yamanaka Inoichi to see the black flames at the ruins of the Hokage Building.
They were indeed continuing to burn in the sparse rain falling from the sky, and were not affected by anything at all.
In order to avoid greater losses, he had to do this.
