I happened to re-read Twisted Sister last PM. In one of the flash back scenes with Lynne and her brother when they were at the pool. she is hugging him from behind (not sex, just hugging) He says, "you're peeing aren't you?" Watersports? Basically it's a peeing fetish. Though the reasons vary, and it is mixture of things.
