There should have been more discussion of Tom Goes To The Mayor, perhaps the watch along is a good idea to jog everyone’s memories, I think the show is one of the strongest debut works in TV, it seemed like the Tim and Eric sensibility was already fully formed There’s so many funny bits - pipe camp, the rikatiktiktok dance, the friendship expo with Prince Charles as the special guest, rats off to ya etc I remember laughing so hard when I watched it Also the Mayor is definitely one of the most evil characters in tv history, it also has an incredible number of big name appearances - Gary Debusy, Jeff Goldblum etc

Tim’s artistic Achilles heel, IMO, is his limited range in music taste. To leave LCD Soundsystem early is criminal. Love the man, but his dismissal of pretty much all electronic music drives me nuts.

hm. don't recall hearing about this particular issue before. sometimes you have to link out to the video to watch instead of seeing it in the embed. but generally it's been pretty stable as far as i can tell lately. maybe there's a few minutes right after we end the stream that it's processing? there's just too many factors to really troubleshoot this. but let me know if it's still not working. -matt
