I’m never hungry in the morning so I guess I’ve been intermittent fasting for years! Occasionally when there’s bagels at work I do partake but I agree, it’s great! Why do people still push the “breakfast is the most important meal and it’s unhealthy to skip” bs is beyond me. Love you ALL! Peace and love to everyone!
