Andy was amazing! loved to see him and Tim together. There's something great about the show when there's a guest who ego checks it a bit. I love everyone involved and I don't wanna be a hater. I love the show, but when we have confident guests who are comfortable with themselves, it puts the show in a super unique and amazing category. the dynamic with andy tonight really took me there.

The U2 thing - they've had technicians/session musicians playing from under the stage since the 80s. But it's pretty much just backup stuff - some additional synths, keyboards, occasionally guitar (e.g. "Bullet the Blue Sky" has a chord in the chorus that is played by the second guitar, so Edge can't play it simultaneously). Terry Lawless is probably the most famous of these guys, plays keyboards for them and lists it all in the resume on his website (some very funny tidbits in this resume btw, worth checking out).
