This was great, Vic. Listened to it on a long drive one Saturday morning. Great selections! Keen for the next show!!

olskool shinobi

Beauteous! Like a slightly more melodic, more gracefully flowing ep of The Many Moods of Ben Vaughn.

Edwin

We're ready for the next installment, Vic! :)

Shannon Lively

Ay Vic! Love the selections! I was wondering if you had heard of Emmit Rhodes? He's got taht vibe I'm hearing in a lot of your selected tunes :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eysEjjbbYPw

Philip Robinson

This is worth the patriotage alone

Edwin

This was great, Vic. I love that you talk over the mix like a really radio dj—makes it much more personal and enjoyable, as opposed to just a straight sequence of music. And wow, never heard "Let Him Run Wild" OR "Life Of A Tree" before! How?? These are great tracks. Looking forward to many more episodes 👍

Boba

Great beach boys jam. Especially day in the life of a tree. Cool story with that one. Brian wrote the lyrics and no one would sing it so their manager did.

Zachary Zumbaugh

Got pretty sweaty back in the day dancing to Rasputin on the Wii.

Zachary Zumbaugh

Dude, you've changed my life with Automatic Man. It's like Atomic Rooster crossed with Steely Dan. Or something.

Teddy Homer

Great jams. Loved this mix. I wonder what you think of this Todd Rundgren song: https://youtu.be/rxGTAZ0P_pA

Vic this was a really great listen. Looking forward to more! I was especially impressed upon by the pastor T.L. Barrett song. I have an interesting choir album recommendation for you. The artist name is called ‘rocks & waves song circle. The album is self titled. Here’s a lil write up about the album from their Bandcamp: “BJR006 / Rocks & Waves Song Circle - s/t (EN) This album is a mystery. The little we know about it is that an outsider Swedish artist named Isaak Sundström brought it back from Mexico in 2014 after having recorded it with a local choir and an Haitian solist. They recorded together five of Isaak compositions. We don’t know the name and number of the persons singing in the choir. We don’t know how Isaak met those singers. We don’t know how long he stayed there. The only thing we’re sure of is that this album has a unique approach and sounds like nothing else. We could try to describe it as a DIY gospel choir delivering a conscious message of love and unity. We could tell that the world needs to listen to this album. For its infinite strength and universal power. Released hand in hand with our soul brothers of Sing a Song Fighter.”

Emma Town
