Nice!

This is the one that first caught my attention, and "Mother was a Rolling Stone" is the one that cemented my fandom. They're still my two favorites.

That's a good question. Back then, YouTube was not required to tell you WHY you got the copyright strike like they are today. Now, they have to tell you exactly what part of the video or audio caused the strike. I think it might have been because of the music videos I used in that mashup. Strikes are usually given because of the video used, not the audio.

Love all of the Slayer mashups that you've done. The juxtaposition of the Slayer lyrics and aggression on the lighter pop music works much better than it has any right to. Just curious, what was the issue with this one in particular? Why did you have to remove it considering that you have two other WHAM!/Slayer mashups that are still on YouTube?

Bill McClintock

Thanks so much! I appreciate the kind words!

This one. This one right here. I don't know how the almighty algorithm chose to show this video to me, at just the right point in time. I'm a sucker for covers, but most mashups just... well... weren't any good. This one was so well made, so professional, and so hilarious that I couldn't stop watching. Showed it to my friends, they loved it. Showed it to my kids, and we spent hours watching your other videos. You're an artist, and I sincerely appreciate what you do. Keep it up. I'm glad to be a supporter.

This is the mashup that got me into mashups, I didn't realise that it was Bill's because I found it on another channel. The scales have fallen from my eyes. How could I ever have doubted it was the O. G. Original Genius
