Muscle and Worship 2.1C Muscle Beach and Realistic Fitness

-Spawns Bodybuilder NPC's that flex for tips.
-Spawns Gym Trainers and Visitors if workout equipment is present on the lot.
-Spawn Bartenders if Bars present.
-makes npc's varying degrees of muscular, much like Hard Core Gyms
-instead of changing to athletic to work out, sims will change to swimwear.
New Feature: Realistic Fitness
-expanding upon the protein commodity added in the last update, You can now have sims meal prep which will provide a list of recipes which count as protein, and sims will automatically make the largest portion size.
-Protein Shakes are now available to Gainers regardless of fitness level and to all sims at gym venues (this means this mod conflicts with any mod that alters the Protein Shake Recipe tuning.) Gainers may now make protein shakes autonomously when hungry or low on protein.
-Gainers will no longer gain muscle immediately when working out. Instead the progress is store as a seperate commodity aptly named "Accumulated Muscle Growth." While the sim is sleeping or doing Spa activities, they get a buff called Muscle Recovery which converts a AMG to actual muscle (known behind the scenes as the fitness stat, not to be confused with fitness skill). There is a soft cap of how much AMG can be stored of 20, and a hard cap of 25. At 20 AMG they got a buff called worked till failure, which blocks further strength training activities from being added. After that only Posing interactions will further increase AMG.
-Having AMG will double the Fat loss from any cardio activity. However cardio excercises will consume AMG for that benefit.
-Upon reaching 80 Fitness, being Hungry, Tired, or doing Cardio will add the "Catabolic" Debuff, which eats away at AMG first, then the Fit Stat.
-Having below -80 Fat will permanently apply the Catabolic buff, although Gainers cannot lose Muscle past 30.
-Using Steroids from Basemental's Drug Mod prevents the Catabolic Buff.
-Gainers replace the hungry moodlet with the Fasting Moodlet, which doubles fat loss but also halves muscle increases. Gainers cannot die from hunger.
-Sims over 30 fat have a hidden Bulking buff and under -30 fat have hidden Cutting Buff. Each have equal but opposite affects on things like hunger and energy decay, fit and fat loss, gym motivation, and body image. Basically Sims will overall have an easier time over all while bulking, and more difficult time while cutting. These buffs also combine with or counter act the effects the preexisting but now hidden buffs of "Newb Gains" (added at less than 30 fitness) and "Fuckin' Huge Bro" (added at more than 80 fitness). Be warned: having both Cutting and Fucking Huge Bro will make life very difficult (but your Sim will look so good).
-The Let's Get Fit Mod Pack is now required (honestly if you're using this mod, you'll want this anyways). This mod adds functional workout equipment to the game. Sims will get a free pair of Dumbbells upon entering Hardcore Gyms and will be randomly assigned a workout day buff (Either Push, Pull, or Legs). These buffs only affect the workouts sims do Autonomously, and should have zero bearing on active gameplay. I've also created seperate Interactions for the three Workout Machine Mixers (Lat Pulldowns, Chest Flys, and Leg Extensions) to fit each of the three days. I will be uploading a revamped Burners and Builders lot which makes full use of this mod.
-Hard Core Gyms now spawn extra trainers. Gym trainers now wear the tracksuit uniform from the Athletic Career.
-Gym Trainers can now give your sim their exact fitness and Fat scores with the "Ask for Body Composition Interaction" This interaction is now used for several objectives in the Muscle Growth Aspiration.
-Hard Core Gyms now spawn Bodybuilders in the Lifter Uniform from the Athletic Career. They behave mostly the same as the bodybuilders at Muscle Beach.
Other Changes
-Added Several Levels, including two new branches to the Muscle Model career. After getting their Pro card at a bodybuilding show, sims can choose between Mainstream Model, and Kink Content Creator. Kink Content Creator requires the use of Wicked Whims SimHub Feature. (Should the AEP porn career mod ever get updated I would love to incorporate that mod into this career one day)
-Reaching Level 2 of the Base Career now gives your household a free Video Station and Drone.
-Added two new posing interactions: Pose For Tips, and Make Flexing Video.
- Posing For Tips can be done at Muscle Beaches or Hard Core Gyms, or any public lot after earning your pro card or reaching certain career milestones, such as the bodybuilder branch of the athletic career, level 3 of the Muscle Model Career, or being a stripper through wicked whims. Posing for Tips satisfies WW Dancer Autonomy which means you can make a muscle strip club by hiring all gainers.
- Gainers can use any Video Station to record Flexing Videos, just like they would a Vlog or Beauty Review. This is used for the Kink Content Creator Branch
-Posing Interactions have always caused an increase in the ww nudity pressure commodity with Naturism skill of less than 3. Failing indidual poses (indicated by an embarassed animation) causes it to increase by 10. Reaching full nudity pressure causes a sim to cancel the interaction. This has always been the case, but now you will get notified of the cancellation reason and get buff that prevents more posing for a while.
-Posing Interactions now build a commodity called Posing score. Posing Score goes up gradually based on fit and fat scores, with successful individual poses grant bonuses based on the difficulty of the pose. Posing Score determines the quality of flexing videos as well the tips earned. Higher posing scores will also garner similar reactions to celebrities.
-Reworked the goals of Bodybuilding Shows to be based on Posing Scores (previously they were based on flat fitness and fat scores.)

-Custom skin overlays for the pumped buff.

nope! The trait blocks the buff from being added, although I just realized that if you have the buff when you unlock the trait unlocks it doesn't go away until you change lots/get rid of the way you normally would so I'll fix that with the next update.

So if a Sim's completes the Muscle Growth apsiration and becaomes a Muscle God, is that sim still prone to the effects of catabolics

Huh... I genuinely don't know where that would have come from. I don't have the werewolf pack and haven't included anything from it in the mod. could you maybe try and pull the sim logging details next time that happens? buffs traits and commodities in particular

I dont know if I'm the only one experiencing this, but a decent amount of my muscle bound sims seem to be gaining some of the werewolf animations and autonomy. Is that suppose to happen?
