🕑 Added 2023-06-26 18:22:52 +0000 UTC-Fixed an issue that prevented sims from gaining friendship.
-Turned down frequency of "messy sex" incidents, including fixing an issue where it spreads to other sims not involved in sex. Made it so npc's are more likely to be "Cleaned Out" and added more cleaning out autonomy to certain roles such as ww strippers. Still working on the tuning of how long it takes for a sim to clean out.
-Some beta testing for a new diet system. Sims who eat food with "healthy" or "veggie" tags have an easier time cleaning out and staying clean.
-Added a new npc interaction called "Lurk." Sims that are actively cruising at gay gyms and cruising spots will find a spot to lurk. You can tell Sims are lurking by the cloud red musk they give off. Lurking sims are signifcantly more likely to accept a cruise.
Alot of this update is bug fixes but there's a couple new features i'm working so I'm gonna make this exclusive for a week then post it.
Next steps/Future Plans for Gay Archetypes (besides continued bug fixes):
-revamping Straight guy seduction for Gay Bros with a hidden relationship track and retooling the No Homo commodity to be something more akin to sexual awakening.
-Dom, Sub and Switch traits, commodities, and game play (technically these already exist in the mod if you were to take a peak inside, but there's no way to unlock them and they do nothing) I made them when I made the masc, fem, top and bottom traits but spent so much time those out that I wanted to wait test them before tackling even more potentially complex systems. It's a good thing i did considering how many bugs that popped up.
-Still eventually want to add bath house and nude beach lot traits.
Known issues:
-People on Lovers lab are reporting sims losing fit and fat rapidly. I haven't been able to recreate it in my game with the sim info they have. I'm not convinced it's not the sims itself glitching (i've had this happen before prior to even thinking about making mods) but be on the look at and send the logging details if it pops up.
-Simulation lag on larger lots. Still trying to figure out the source of this. it doesn't generate any LE's from what I can tell so when it happens I litterally am just collecting logging details and resetting sims and looking blindly through mod constructor to figure out whats happening. I'd chalk it up to my computer over heating if not for folks on lovers lab reporting issues.
Edit: Updated this slightly for public release as i believe i found what was causing sims to erroneously lose fit and fat.

Okay great because when male sims have anal with female sims they also get the moodlet but female sims do not have the option for bottoming. Also, sims with the self-identified fag trait do not gain friendship with other sims.

i think i'm just gonna go ahead and cut the decay rate of the cleaned out commodity in half (right now the base interaction takes you to 6 hours but the commodity can go up to twelve.) right now sims with a sexpertise skill of three or higher are meant to fill the gague completely but not sure it's working so I'm going to take another look.

Chris, you did it! I'm not experiencing the friendship glitch anymore, and I haven't noticed any sims fitness being weird. As far as the 'messy sex' hopefully in the future to let the time sims stay clean for bottoming to be longer like 12-24 hrs. Sometimes by the time both partners clean out and start going the moodlet goes away, and they end up with a messy moodlet. Two suggestions (if possible) Have the hygiene moodlet go down slower than it is right now. 2) Sims that have the 'forever fresh' or 'antiseptic' don't get the messy moodlet.
