Quick New Years Check In and Appologies

I just wanted to check in and also appologise for the sporadic nature of content the past few months. My current goal has been two captions per week and then one 1000+ word story/chapter and one hypno file per month, and I have not been meeting that goal. If you follow my social media you may know this already, but I've been working to get back on ADHD medication since October. I had been on Vyvanse previously, but I lost access to it towards the end of 2021 when I lost my job.
Since I'm currently on state insurance, I had to try a couple other meds before I could go back to Vyvanse and they did not work well, causing me to hyperfocus to the point of dissassocation, along with causing erectile dysfunction. To put it bluntly, these meds caused me to start gooning a bunch, but not in a way that was remotely fun or pleasurable. Meanwhile I ended up leaving the gym that I was going to, since I had to take the bus and the bus schedule where i live is quite unreliable. The reason I bring this up is working out and hitting the gym provides a lot of inspiration for my writing, as well as has demonstrable positive effects on my ADHD.
Anyways, I am now officially back on Vyvanse as of today, and have joined a new gym that is much closer to me, so I'm hoping to kick things into high gear very soon!
