Fade Into the Background 2: The Gym Buddy

The guy whose three times the size of you, but will say “What’s up big guy” every time he sees you, not in any sort of mocking manner, but as a genuine compliment. He seems fully aware of his intimidating girth and makes every effort outwardly to make sure people know, “Hey, just cuz I’m big don’t mean I’m an asshole.” He gets along with everybody in the gym, from the old geezers there on doctors orders, to the shrimpy twinks blatantly ogling him (which flatters him more than anything). Even the stand-offish assholes that hog up all the equipment in the corner of the gym chat with him to get workout advice and perhaps see if he knows how to score some gear.
Scott used to be a rugby player, a full back even, and lived up to the sport’s stereotype of big and jolly. He was a natural extrovert, and had worked since youth to build a body the size of his personality. His mouth got him into trouble once, so he made sure he had the muscle to back it up. He also found he had a natural liking for tussling with the other boys in the dirt. Football was too boring, too stop and go, for his liking, but when he was introduced to rugby at summer camp, he fell in love immediately. It was a match made in heaven.
Scott had always thought Jake was kind of a tool (what with all the equipment hoarding and all), until the blonde finally chatted him up one time asking for a spot. They got to chatting about form, and physique and Scott found out Jake wasn’t looking to be a competitive bodybuilder for the fun of it. He was relying on the prize money. His main sponsor had gone under after they found were found to be putting PED’s in their pre-workout when he was in the middle of his contest prep. He had to do the rest of the prep with his own savings. There were a few potential new sponsors that he was talking to, but all of these deals hinged on him doing well in this next contest. Before Scott realized it, they had already done working out for hours, and had moved to the cafe area post workout. He left the gym that day with a whole respect for Jake, but told him he had to be more considerate around the gym, because if there were too many complaints, the owner was going to kick him out. The owner, as it turns out, was Scott’s old rugby coach.
So when Scott came into the gym one day, and found Jake staring into space, he was bit concerned. Had something happened with the contest? With his savings? After all, Jake had always been laser focused at the gym. Scott had Never seen so Slackjawed and unfocused. . . and was dick hanging out? Scott shook the thought From his head and went over to Jake. He must have been imagining things.
“Jake?”
Jake didn’t seem to hear him. It seemed like he was having a very intense… conversation? With someone but there wasn’t anybody else there, was there. Things seemed fuzzy around Jake. Even Jake himself seemed fuzzy.
“Hey Jake?”
The conversation seemed to be getting the best of Jake as he elicited a slight moan, but he still didn’t seem to hear Scott. Man he something really must be bothering him.
“Yo, earth to Jake!”
Jake gasped wetly (why wetly?). He licked his lips and groggily looked at Scott. “Hey man, what’s up?”
“You alright? You look like you were off in whole other world just now.”
“Yeah man, sorry, just got super focused for a second. Thinking about my next set you know.”
“Ask him if he wants to workout with you.”
Suddenly Scott became aware of a third guy huddled with them. Not just huddled, but hanging off Jake like a Chick would. Scott blinked. “Might need to get my eyes checked” he thought as they couldn’t seem to focus all of a sudden. There was definitely a guy here, but why was Jake just letting him touch him like that. Scott was sure he didn’t swing that way, not that it mattered if he did. But who was this guy? Something about him seemed familiar, but none of his features were distinct enough to ring any bells. In fact the most memorable thing about him was how unremarkable he was.
“Yo man, wanna work in with me?”
It was almost a relief for Scott pull his attention away from the weirdo. “Hell yeah man! I thought you were normallly an in and out kinda guy.”
“I know. But I could use someone to check my form. Gotta stay on top of my shit for the competition you know.”
“Alright sweet! What are we doing?”
“Hip thrusts” The voice didn’t come from Jake. It was a fuzzy sort of monotonous voice. Like the kind you hear on an old Train Car. Then suddenly Scott felt a chill on his backside that wasn’t there before. He looked down to discover his shorts had been pulled down, revealing his signature Jockstrap. (What could he say, it was a rugby thing.) He was met with a pair of dull grey eyes, the owner of whom was standing up to meet Scott.
“Who…”
“Don’t worry about me. Just focus on Jake. And do as I say.”
“Oh… Okay.”
Scott winced as he felt the guy reach around and grab of his thick rugger buns.
“Jake already has the bar all set up, like he usually does. Why don’t you go show him how it’s done.
“Oh… Okay”
Hip thrusts were a particular specialty of Scott’s. Strong glutes were key to a rugger’s overal stature, and Scott’s were a marvel to behold.
The two (three?) moved over to the hip thrust set, and Scott got down on the ground. He packed his scapula onto the bench, pulled his heals into gultes and pressed up with ease. Jake had only lined up a pair of 25’s for a warm set. To Scott it was like lifting balloons. He banged out 15 reps without any strain.
He was just about to get up to let Jake do his warm up, when a voice rang out from above him.
“Wait, I don’t Jake was watching properly.”
Jake seemed to snap back into reality for a second. “Huh, no i was.”
“No no no, you gotta get up and personal, Jake. You gotta get down there and smell the muscles working. I’m sure is a fucking fantastic smell isn’t it big guy?”
Scott blinked. “Uh, yeah sure.”
“Jake, I want you to stick your head between your buddy’s thick meaty thighs for this next set.”
“Are… Are you sure? That doesn’t seem right.” Jakes eyes had widened, but his face remained stoic.
“I’m very sure. Why don’t you get your pushups in. Try and Match his pace.”
Jake got down to the ground as Scott roled the bar up past his grind. As Jake moved his face into place in Scotts taint he felt the power of the rugby players thighs engulf his head. And they were still at rest. Then the smell hit him. He almost gagged, but a voice in his head told him he actually loved the smell. He took a big huff and couldn’t help but feel himself get hard. He prepared a low push up position, as Scott engaged pulled his heels back to prepare to piston upwards. As the two attempted to move upwards in tandem, Jake immediately felt suffocated has he felt Scotts quads tense. He tried to take a breathe but all he got was the musk of Scotts taint which filled him with so much pleasure he began to moan.
When that happened, Scotts knees almost buckled. He’d never had a girl go anywhere lower than his balls when she was blowing him, and certainly not a gym buddy during a workout, but the vibrations coming from Jakes head felt so good he was beginning to rethink that. In fact those were the only thoughts that seemed to be pushing through his head. For some reason ever since he got into the gym he had been in a daze, but couldn’t seem to remember why.
“Fuck yeah boys. Now that’s a workout.” Scott nearly jumped. He had completely forgotten someone else was there. But who was it?
“Alright enough pretense, get up here, both of you.”
Scott felt his body move on its own as Jake pulled out from his crotch. He rolled the bar off his legs and pulled himself to his feet.
The two of them looked hazily at the guy who had been watching them. If he was more expressive, Scott thought the guy might’ve had a shit eating grin on his face.
“Turn and face each other,” They did.
“Damn you both are really fucking sexy.”
“Thanks” Scott murmured.
“Yeah thanks.” Jake added.
“You each think the other is really fucking sexy don’t you.”
Scott suddenly felt a wave of heat push through the fog inside his brain. Jake WAS really fucking sexy. Look at him. Cut from marble. He was a shoo in to win that comp coming up. And his face. His adorably pointy knows and his ears. His handsome crooked smile. Scott didn’t go for guys, but if Jake offered, he’d go for him in a heartbeat.
“Yeah,” He said, with a gasp.
To his extreme pleasure Jake responded “Totally.”
“Good. Now make out.”
