Hey Ben, the STL files are the correct scale so go off that. We had to rescale post launch but couldnt rescale the lychee files without destroying all the support work. All those models still print fine though with the slight upscale.

I was going to set up the sliced files to print the 75mm models and I've noticed there's a size differences between the STL and lychee files. Was wondering which is the 'correct' size for 75mm just so I know they'll be the same scale as my other stuff

Hey Richard, thanks for the feedback. For some clarity, the reason the bases are horizontal on the 32mm is that the detail of the trimming can be lost at 32mm scale when rotated as the studs can't properly be supported at that scale. So horizontally they'll still print in full detail. It sounds like the issue you are having may be caused by lift speed as our test prints have been fine, but we can consider removing the trimming for the 32mm scale for future released and have them supported at a 40 degree angle instead if that would be a preferred option.

The minis are great but I was dubious about the supported bases - and with good reason - 3 models and bases printed. 3 minis printed perfectly but all 3 bases failed. Can we have supported bases that aren't completely horizontal please? the supports just don't hold the round disc when it prints the first complete layer. I know I could do this myself but I really like the convenience of pre-supported models which is why I only support and buy from creators that supply pre-supported models so it's a bit of a deal breaker for me if the supports don't work. Anyone else had issues with the presupported bases? This was Dorian, Rolen and Scarlett btw

Hey Richard, we will leave up the current G-Drive links, so just save the link somewhere. We are working on getting MMF integration working to hopefully be launched for next month's pack so from then on you can DL through MMF or our Google Drive.

Hi Everyone, we've heard a lot of feedback about the 32mm scale models being too small and we've listened. We'll readjust the scale for future packs and also begin redoing the scale for this month's release (though it might take about a week or so as we will have to reupload all our models both here and on our site). In the mean time for this month's models we have been told that printing them at 112-115% scale from the original scale is better for print quality and size, so please give that a go while we get into redoing the scale on our end. Thanks for all your feedback and understanding!
