Cool Gardening Tips with Ceran!
🕑 Added 2025-03-11 02:48:36 +0000 UTCSo I think plant monsters are cool.
I fussed around with this all week because god damn it I needed it JUUUUST right.
Fish people, plant people, I have some types I naturally gravitate to. Little Shop of Horrors is also one of my favorite films, so for a looong while I yearned to design something Audrey 2 coded. This amusingly enough, was an afterthought to much of the above. I had this WIP in the back for some time, what with the tentacles and such, so it ended up working out even if the humanoid form isn't present in the Ceran pieces!
Isklen elves sure do love their horticulture!
It's a rejuvenating hobby to work with the earth, to tend and care for things lush and green. Ceran is always managing his greenhouse upkeep, though he hadn't anticipated the unprecedented rapid growth of the strange & unusual species he's been culturing! Or, how his dutiful preening could be interpreted by it.
We're still playing around with lore for this dude, but the development is the funnest part! While no cemented name FOR SURE, I've taken to "Dionaea" for now, like the venus flytrap!
Honey/nectar filling also sounds pretty hot to me, tbh. Make 'em extra sloshy! Which naturally, Ceran is totally into. Of COURSE he wants to get consensual freaky with the sultry breeder plant!

Don't feed the plants, they say, but there's nothing about the plants feeding you!

Love everything about this set. I know the colors are more flytrap, but my brain keeps going to dragonfruit and makes me want a big taste
