This delay is due to the ongoing unrest in Indonesia, which has reached my city, creating an unstable and unconducive environment for creative work. Protests sparked by economic inequality, exorbitant parliamentary allowances, and incidents of police violence, such as the tragic death of a motorcycle taxi driver during a demonstration, have led to widespread disruptions, including clashes, road closures, and safety concerns. These challenging circumstances have made it difficult for me to focus on crafting new stories.
