I also got some electric candles for video purposes and they have been absolutely transformative. They leave such pretty reflections along the walls, they show up much stronger in video as opposed to real candles, and I don't have to worry about accidentally setting the house on fire 😂
With this heat I honestly don't even have an appetite. All I want to eat is bucket-fulls of fruit. I've gotten such good fruit in the last few days - honeydew, watermelon, apricots, peaches, white nectarines and regular nectarines, and these weird donut-shaped peaches that I hadn't ever tried before. I also made some extremely good summer-themed snacks that I filmed for you! Some of which I will have for dessert after dinner.
Also, I'm curious for any of you that live in places with hard water (high mineral content) do you have water filters installed like.. directly in your taps/showers? I've noticed that lately, maybe it's the high temperatures or something I have no clue, the water basically comes out cloudy, and if I let the tap run for a minute or so it tends to clear up but not enough for you to go "mmm can't wait to have a sip of this" 😂 I'm just curious, because hard water has been the devil for my skin and who knows what other lovely health benefits it has ahaha.
