Mr. Nut

loving it

Lone Immortus

1. It's hard to toe the line between reasonable being more open and foolishly saying more than he should given he's still a small fish, relatively speaking. Fun to write though. 2. Yeah. Pretty much every kingdom and culture out there has ways to reach to other plains, realms, and worlds to summon heroes. Lone is pretty special, unique, even, but not overly so. Him having more than one unique skill is the most special part about him. 3. Yeah. The guild has earned his trust. It has treated him fairly and its leader is one of the strongest people on the entire continent. He'd feel bad if he lied to them now considering how much they've helped him and not tried to hinder him. 4. I think it's fine, but I'll think over the whole slang thing some more. Iroh still has an accent, he is just annunciating his words perfectly.

Thank you for the chapter! That was a pretty cool, with both of the meanings of the word, examination. I liked it. Lone's 'doesn't give a fuck' attitude and the guildmasters, while surprised, weren't 'too' surprised, if you know what I mean. They acted professionally (or at least semi-professionally) and gave the whole scene a feeling of competence. Even the revelations we got didn't seem out of the blue, but natural conversation. Just a solid chapter overall. One thing I particularly liked was the way we learned that while Lone is OP and all that, his status of being a summoned hero, his primal skill(s) and such isn't that rare on the level of a guildmaster, or rather the guild I should say. His skill growth is still insane and one of the most broken things he has and the end reflects that, but it's nice to see that he isn't an 'über speschiual (the spelling is on purpose) isekai MC' where everyone is amazed by him and everything he has is unique and better than the locals. Then we have Lone finally opening up about his past. Or rather that he realizes that it isn't that important to have as a secret compared to the way revealing removes a lot of the suspicion and makes it so he actually has an explanation for a lot of stuff. It also helps him learn about his weaknesses, like how he can talk in impossible ways for someone with his biology and others can pick that up. It's good that he finally doesn't seem to hide it inside him any longer. The past is the past, but you should still remember it, for those who don't learn through history, are doomed to repeat it (I think the saying goes like that). The only possibly grammar thing is how you called an accent slang in "'He uses no slang." and I'm pretty sure an entire way of speaking counts as slang. Anyways, with that, I'm finished for today. Have a good one Lone, peace!
