September Update
🕑 Added 2023-09-01 07:06:46 +0000 UTCI apologize for the infrequency of my uploads, last month especially. I was out of town for half of it and spent the last week doing work for family. I have some video clips I'd like to edit and might have a good chance this weekend while it's still bouncing around in my head.
I have the itch to start lifting pretty bad now and am looking at gym memberships atm. Not sure what my exact goals are, but main thing is to gain muscle and get strong again.
