Release date and future plans!
🕑 Added 2024-12-24 20:46:52 +0000 UTCHi everyone, thank you so much for your support! It's been a long and good year, hopefully for everyone as well! We should always aim to improve every day, month and year.
That being said, I'd like to talk more about my plans for the upcoming year regarding the game.
This year, it was a big step forward for the game (in my humble opinion). I've learned a lot of things and hopefully will continue to learn more so I can make a better game(s) moving forward. Now onto the point.
In 2025 I have plans to start making progress for main story. As you might remember, it will be related to Sapphire (playable character) where your decisions will influence the world around you (it will also include the regular character that you're playing as, you will be able to switch characters). Something like Amelia's story !NO SPOILERS! (If you get a certain end, something happens to Amelia), but longer and more impactful.
System plans: I also have plans to implement several systems that were teased before (Mental health, Possession etc...).
Area plans include: underworld, university, university dorms, downtown, populating currently empty-ish areas (like Mansion which I will populate slightly in this update as well), adding Mansion 2nd floor.
Difficulty and new players: I will also try to make the game more beginner friendly by adding tutorials and more information to the game. I also want to try and add some type of "difficulties" option to the game, meaning players who want to play on easy mode can do so, however, I want to add it in a way that doesn't make the game obsolete and doesn't turn it into visual novel as that is not what I envisioned for the game, but either way it will be in the game in future updates.
As for this month's update, it's going to be near the end of the month as usual!
Thank you all for a wonderful year and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
