Migration + Finally updating the homepage with the correct patrons.

Patron roles are active on the discord now, get yours while it's hot and does absolutely nothing on the server.
We've successfully migrated the 12.6TB of pony videos on one section of the old server. Working on migrating the derpibooru archive before moving onto secondary video archives hosted on a bunch of other machines.
