That's kind of what I was guessing about his age. I do know that song and I know it gets copyrighted a ton in shows. Several other shows I've watched where it was in had to have the song changed.

He is probably 36 years old now. The original LP's background music was 'I Will Always Love You', but it seems to have been changed, possibly due to copyright issues. (It was a famous song at the time and also holds quite significant meaning throughout the entire drama.)
