Closing the aperture any bit will make the part that is in focus less sharp. It is a test shot with that Mitutoyo microscope lens. Should I try making a complete video with everyday objects like this? π

It will probably be a single video ;) I need to get some motorized macro focuspull rig first... And hope can make some kind of focus stack animation..
