try to fix kk/kks voice pack 3 and hs2 pack 1

what you can see the voice have a huge pause that why have awkward pause.and i try also make less robot.will tak a lot time to finish, we talk about 253 audio file here.

[INFO]Problem with kk/kks sound effect mods

The problem is that I don't have SEComponent, a component that I need to make the mod work.... initially I thought a simple build was enough, giving the name to the audio files but it wasn't like that, so the method of exporting the build is different. CSV on the other hand works. For the moment this pack will be temporarily suspended so that I can't find a solution for its correct fun...
