Yakeera and Carmine
For @hoofen.bsky.socialFun fact about this one: This was originally a pose for the infamous TalonPaw1. Fortunately for me, he kept delaying the payment and we never got around to it before he started doing his chargebacks. His loss.
Dharma Sleerah
My part of a trade in a discord server. I've added a timelapse video of this one in the archive.
Sketches
I usually like to stick to species stereotypes, so I haven't drawn a lion who wasn't big, manly and muscular before. I kinda wanted to try and take go in the opposite direction for a change, so have a lion twink. Also boar girl again and a random fennec. The rest are random sketches. I'm still keeping up with gestures, they're a good warmup for sketching. There's also the origin...

June Illustration Poll - Results
Juno takes it for June. I was a little surprised she came out with such a large lead considering how she performed last time she was on the roster. Thanks to everyone who participated!
Sketches
Got the itch for doing big scenes again.
Gladiator
The life of a gladiator is a dangerous one, but it certainly has it's rewards. Those with the skill and determination to succeed can expect wealth, fame and... other pleasures to follow. Some of you might remember this sketch from late last year. I'd gotten pretty far with it when I kind of fell off because I wasn't confident I could get the characters to meld well with the 3d backgroun...

Sketches
Things have been a bit quiet here for the first half of this month, aside from the poll. I've been working on commissions and most of my personal art time has been doing practice and studies to get back into the swing of things after a while of not doing much art at all. I have whipped up a few things that are worth posting, however.
Commissions
Some more Alopex and one for sirhcx on bsky/FA

LVFC Cards
So I was in Vegas for LVFC. It's the first con I've attended. I wasn't there for the whole time but I did have a good time exploring the dealers den and meeting up with some friends there. I even whipped up some sketches on some little cards I had. These photos aren't the best but they're are all I have of them, as I handed the cards out on the last day. Don't think any of ...
Back Home!
I'm back! Had a great holiday. I'm still feeling a bit worn out from all the traveling but I'm eager to get back into art. We'll be back to our regularly scheduled programming with May.While I was away from my computer, I was still able to find some time for art. I started doing some traditional work and was able to borrow a friend's iPad to try out Procreate. It's been a w...
April Reminder
As I mentioned before, I'm going to be taking a holiday in April. It's been two years since my last one and I've been feeling the burnout creeping up on me a lot lately. I'm probably not going to have much time to do much art, so there will be no commissions, nor will there be a poll or illustration for that month. Payments have been paused so you can stay subscribed without being ...
