Very busy these days. Many extra shifts at work and family time at home. I need to be better at taking care of myself ๐
Skinny dip
I donโt have much time to myself lately.Work, sport activities and homework for my kids take all my time.but today Iโm working on evening shift, so after kids were dropped at school, I drove to the sea- to relax, recover my mind and just experience the calmness of the nature around me.
Last day of the holiday break
Im just busy with the laundry and grocery shopping And preparing myself mentally for work tomorrow But I realized that my day will be much better if I take care of myself too๐ค๐
