i have discovered that if i jostle the wire for my pen around for like five minutes and keep a constant eye on it i can get my pen to charge.. it's more of a pain than usual but honestly i need to draw men getting railed to keep me sane in these trying times until my sister's partner has the time to fix my PC for me
