Zangief was offered by an unknown fighter to spar with him in a shady training room, he didn't know that he's being put into a tickle torture contraption.

Rashid just came out a few days ago and I decided to draw him to celebrate the occasion! Also I'm recently getting really into Street Fighter again and so I plan to draw more fighters get tickled, especially Zangief and Dhalsim hehe
