My body is changing, I can see it clearly when I look at the pictures of the last year. There are also changes in the way it reacts and works. Sometimes these days I feel too old to be in the spotlight, other times I feel like I'm the best I've ever been. I'm not fishing for compliments here, just sharing this process in case you're going through the same thing, so you may not feel alone.
