My Current Ideas Doc
🕑 Added 2025-09-04 19:25:06 +0000 UTCAs stated in my previous post, here's a link to a copy of my ideas doc so far. It's all very stream-of-consciousness so please forgive the disorganized state and also the first few lines where I whine about having to pay rent.
If you want to see all the stuff I've jotted down you can open the doc, but here's a quick list of my ideas so far:
Sci-fi murder mystery adventure Visual Novel - In a distant space future where cybernetics/gene therapy/etc means humans come in all kinds of outlandish shapes and sizes, a murder mystery unfolds at the crash site of a long range shipping vessel.
Fantasy potion crafting puzzle shop sim - You're a small town alchemist and your powerful potions induce all kinds of physical transformations in customers and adventurers.
Modern Deckbuilder Roguelike - You're a modern day baker who has to keep up with your runaway success and your ever more demanding and ever more expanding customers.
Sci-fi turn based strategy - in the dark cyberpunk future of 2077, being fat is illegal. You're a rebellious force determined to rescue all fat people and overthrow tyranny.
Eat the Dungeon+ - a completely rebuilt and revamped version of Eat the Dungeon with new gameplay, features, and visual effects
Of course this is all subject to change! Who knows what these pitches will look like once I'm ready to put it to a vote. This is just a little snapshot of what I'm thinking about.

Well I once voting comes around I want the pitches to all be more developed, at least as well as the strategy game, maybe more. This will be another years-long project so I don't want to rush the decision

Oh no I like basically all of them! Uh, maybe you could keep all of these ideas safely stored somewhere and use them for later. I'd really like to see the potion game for instance but with how much has already been put into the strategy game, maybe you should do that one first and then make the potion game later.

That'd be fun for sure! The turn based game is currently my favorite pitch, but I want to develop a few more

It seems like you already have the Sci-fi turn based strategy pretty roughed out, and it seems like the best contender. A fun nod you could do is reskin Eat the dungeon characters in cyberpunk style.
