🕑 Added 2023-01-26 14:32:22 +0000 UTCHey Everybody. January was a rough month with lots of personal things pulling me away from work. I have decided to make some changes that I hope will make things easier for everybody going forward.
I am going to stop taking commissions outside of Patreon. Every month I have been juggling making tokens for the Patreon and making tokens for other clients. I have one outside contractor that I will continue to work with as it is a big and rewarding experience. I still have quite a few to finish so this won't kick in til March.
I am also going to restructure the tiers. I'll be adding a no thrills $3 tier that will just be the tokens. The token Muse will now be just one tier and will be a $5 tier that has store codes and the ability to unlock packs on Moulinette. Then a $10 Tier for those Patrons who want to back at the highest level. I'm open to ideas here.
I will be hiring a marketing team to help me for at least 3 months. I need help in that area and I'm just not good at self promoting. I'm hoping that I can get more people to back the patreon.

I will still help out patrons with their token needs. Admittedly the people in the weekly chat/token sessions know this better than anyone since I quickly kitbash tokens for them whenever it pops up. There are also some great kitbashed tokens in the Custom token thread on Discord. I won't make it a tier though since I'd just be back to making tokens for individuals more often than making tokens for the group.

So when you stop taking commissions outside of Patreon does that mean Patrons can still get commissioned work? if so You may want to consider adding like a highe value Commission Tier it can have a limited spot so it won't be too much. I've been some other content creators doing commissions this way as well

I have made new Tiers for people to start switching to. If you switch before the end of the month you should get the new pricing. I can't change existing tiers so I had to create new ones. I'm sure there will be some things to figure out in Discord but I'll get it all sorted out.

Ugh, sorry to hear that. If you need to drop I won't hold it against you in the least. The $3 tier is available now so you can switch before the end of the month.

Sounds great and hang in there. I got hit by the tech layoffs and have been considering dropping but I don't want to. The 3 dollar tier is just what I need!

Adding PSD files is something I'm considering. They would have to be reduced in size, right now I work at a overly hi resolution. File sizes are way too big. I will think on it though.

Thanks. I'm prone to getting a little winter depression. That slows me down a bit. Most of the distractions though were family related and just ate up a lot of work time.
