Perhaps. That is what it feels like though. What part of what I said about them isn't true? I'll agree, it's very heavy-handed. That's me in a nutshell. When I make a point I have to hammer it home, even if it implicates me for being too serious for what is essentially 7 bucks a month. I'll admit that I don't have a soft side when I'm trying to give someone 'the business'. I just want them to read this and say, 'Maybe we should give our Patreon members SOMETHING every week.' Skirting around the point or caring about their wittle feewings doesn't help. They are big boys, they can handle the criticism. The commenters, not so much. You fanboys suck the dick even if it tastes like your own shit. See? Heavy-handed, unnecessary. It's a habit I just can't seem to shake. Perhaps if you guys told me to 'take a vaca' or 'chill out' I would respond sincerely and kindly. Go ahead, give it a whirl. See, now IDC if Patreon bans me or if AD hates me because I'm not getting anything for my money. I will support creators if they can at least consider the people who support them.

You need a vacation or two, mate. Patreon (at least in the past) is all about supporting the creator not about a transaction. You are allowed to be frustrated, but the sense of entitlement is crazy. Saying that one ep of a podcast didn't have a video is a slap in the face is deranged. Have some perspective. You are making a mountain out of a mole hill.

I am giving them a break. I even asked nicely. I felt two things when I saw there was no video for the pod this week. One is a slap in the face. It's like buying a first-class ticket and having to sit in coach. The second is, "Why am I paying for this?" Where is the content I am paying for? A day early? IDGAF about that. If they can't be bothered to furnish their patrons with SOMETHING every week it feels like they are taking advantage and I am getting ripped off. They make a lot of money off of Patreon so this,.. seems lazy. They also sometimes seem proud of their laziness. Like they are getting over on us or they are too cool for school. I think they are also too immature to see how that may NOT be a good thing. Sorry for being so verbose. I just wanted to give you a full picture of why I left the comment. I look forward to every Tuesday. It's a letdown.
