September Previews and plans
🕑 Added 2023-08-24 16:59:18 +0000 UTCHi all, September fast approaches so I thought i should show off what I'm making and my plans for further in the year.
First off an update on the Auxilia Elites, which now have the tentative name of Gateway Wardens; these guys have been posed up, bar a Leader, and comms-person, and are waiting on another pair of weapon options
Ive got a pair of poses test printing at the moment so hopefully I'll be able to show off something 'real' soon enough.
Next is Alassarh, The First Blade, Archon of the Vestalian Wardens. Trying to really push myself and create a centerpiece whilst also refining the 'Vestalian Vibe' in prep for new units and a rescale of the old.
still plenty more detail to go on, but a good idea of where theyre going!
The remaining units for September are currently slated to be a Wych-wrought Aditae in the form of the Omega Rho Nightmare construct, and a rescale/slight refresh of the Scion Guardians to their new scale/style. As is my usual the Omega Rho Construct has taken on a life of its own so I'll decide next week whether to swap it with something simpler from October's planned offerings in order to give it the proper time to percolate.
So whats the rough plan? It's this:
September

- Gateway wardens (auxilia elite infantry)

- Guardians 3.0
October
- Creche Guard (Artificier courts 'human' infantry)
- Vestalian Chamberlains (new heavy armour) or Vestalian Seraphim (flying infantry)
- Coven rework (either paladins or the exo armour)
- Bulwark Rework or Atlas rework
November
- Auxilia Standard Transport/close support tank
- Coven Vehicle, either a MBT grav tank, or a Close Support Flyer
- Either Auxilia Command Squad or Heavy support squad
- Artificier Courts Athena class Clay Doll
December
- Artificier Court Inquisitor and Themis Class Clay Dolls
- Scion heavy tank
- Coven character on a bike
- auxilia command squad in heavy armour
As ever i may get dragged off in a different direction by the cruel mistress that is inspiration; and I'm still investigating how I want to go about designing Aditae of truly Titanic proportions, along with the long promised Lucifer class super heavy lander
