patreon devlog update 69: nice
🕑 Added 2021-09-23 22:00:35 +0000 UTChey peeps! since this week meek was busy moving there was no brand new things for me to work on, but thinking about what we do have in terms of puzzles and such i decided to start animating a cutscene for the lubricant puzzle, instead of just using sprites and dialogues. The gist of the puzzle is that the hellhound is guarding a bottle of lubricant you need for Gary, but the hellhound won't budge in any way. He seems to be particularly fixated on @nal and he's trying a great variety of implements to get off, but like a locked door, only one key will unlock this specific obstacle, one that is currently residing in the circus, as amnesiac as andy is.
I started by drawing out the backgrounds for the animation, wich was kind of easy since i already had an idea of the layout of the location and already decided for a palette
this one i animated , it's when the hellhound recognizes the perfect dick for his hole XD
and here's the sketch for the animation. It's rough but it should get the point across! it shouldn't be hard to finish this in a couple weeks time or less, i'd say!
