There was then an even BIGGER war over who would be in charge of a planet that was capable of atrocities like this movie. Just like the movie, that war had no winners.

It's had to believe that back when it came out, there were people who actually thought that The Church of Scientology was going to implant subliminal messages in the film that would be used to help convert people. If only The "Church" knew just how IMPOSSIBLY STUPID Hubbard would look after this nightmare played theaters. How this didn't go straight to the dollar bin is completely beyond me. On a par with, "Atlas Shrugged" AND THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING! Keep Kicking Ice!
