Steven Seagal's Under Siege 2 Is The Seagal Running Of Seagal Movies - Worst Movie Ever
Steven Seagal's Under Siege 2 is so bad it goes past good back into bad at least 3 times. The "script" was a picture of Seagal running a guy drew as a joke, but Seagal thought it was real so 15 and a half minutes later the movie was in theaters and nobody was happy.
