- [Misc] Removed the framerate option, it was ultimately useless and nothing used it besides the speedrun not-very-compliant mod.

Corruption or incorrect configuration? Open config.ini, check Special and make sure it says 0xf in the value.

Hmm... for some reason the modes under the "Special" menu have disappeared :(
