Yes. You heard that right. I never thought I'd be saying this phrase but apparently we live in a world where when you ignore a cat caller WHILE DRIVING, it makes it "OKAY" for them to harass you until you get into an accident😊 RIDICULOUS.p.s: I'm okay❤️ just really pissed off
